My rating of this resource: *****

My experience using this resource:
biological basis of behavior

Topic I was teaching:
Brain regions and interactions.

My learning goal for which this resource was used:
To have students have an opportunity to see the connection between visual system and the limbic system and to see the complexity of brain interactions.

Course Level:
Honors or Advanced

How I/my students used the resource:
Students downloaded the test at home or used the version on the library computers. They brought the results into class and we have a discussion on the various results.

Value Added:
Provides access to data sets, Increases data collection & analysis skills, Provides a virtual lab, Increases access to scientists, Provides additional content, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
This is a fascinating exercise. Students find it fun to do and it always raised interesting questions around experimental design, analysis of results and the complex interactions of the brain.

Weaknesses:
Some students find the words too biased but this is also a strength.
