My rating of this resource: ***

My experience using this resource:
Conceptual Physics

Topic I was teaching:
Thermal Equilibrium

My learning goal for which this resource was used:
To have students predict the final temperature in various scenarios. To have them learn about thermal equilibrium on their own through investigation.

Course Level:
Intro or Regular

How I/my students used the resource:
In groups of 2-4 students, they performed several of the suggested experiments.

Value Added:
Provides visualization or animation, Provides a virtual lab, Provides additional content, Provides assessment opportunity, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
It was very easy to use and runs well on the computers. Provides a good way for students to make predictions and investigate different scenarios.

Weaknesses:
Not overly exciting visually, but it suits its purpose.
