I use it in powerpoints and students use it as a study aid as well as a learning tool.

Provides visualization or animation, Provides practice or tutorial, Provides additional content, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
great collection of slides-very complete and easy to access.

Weaknesses:
none
