Force

My learning goal for which this resource was used:
To use observations to determine a mathematical relationship between force, mass and acceleration.

Course Level:
Honors or Advanced, Intro or Regular, Remedial

How I/my students used the resource:
I used this simulation to reinforce the affect of an applied force on a various masses with and without frictrion.

Value Added:
Provides visualization or animation, Provides a virtual lab, Provides assessment opportunity, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
Easy to use, web based so students can explore further at home if they wanted to

Weaknesses:
none. If you design a worksheet to accompany the simulation there is no weakness.
