My learning goal for which this resource was used: to help students understand and learn the language of biology
Course Level: Intro or Regular, Remedial
How I/my students used the resource: as new chapters are introduced with new vocabulary, my students access the new stack via my web page and use it to 'play' with the new vocabulary. They are quizzed on their efforts as we move through the chapter.
Value Added: Provides practice or tutorial, Provides additional content, Provides assessment opportunity, Increases student engagement and motivation
Strengths: allows those students who are digital learners to practice vocabulary
Weaknesses: some students would rather use their vocab cards
