My learning goal for which this resource was used:
to visually show the cross-linking activities of actin and myosin as well as other important 'players.'

Course Level:
Honors or Advanced

How I/my students used the resource:
Embedded video into a power point on muscle structure and function.

Value Added:
Provides visualization or animation, Provides additional content, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
colorful and easy to visualize. I like the 'players' diagram that helps students understand 'who' is doing 'what.'

Weaknesses:
requires technology to show it or for students to visualize it.
