Description
of resource:
Carter offers a lesson in cellular respiration. The chemical aspects are considered with a focus on the use of sugars and ATP production.
Carter also provides some recipes that can be made in the classroom lab (preferably in the Family Consumer Science room?!) where students can employ cellular respiration and fermentation to make foods they can eat!
A song is offered to help the students remember the stages of CR, but honestly is a little over the top and too goofy for my students to get into.
