My rating of this resource: ****

My experience using this resource:
Chemistry

Topic I was teaching:
The mole

My learning goal for which this resource was used:
To understand the concept behind the word mole.

Course Level:
Intro or Regular

How I/my students used the resource:
This resource was used by students who were absent from the class the day the mole was discussed. Absent students has to watch the video and construct a list of ideas they understood and ideas they did not understand. They also had to solve some practice problems based on instruction shown in the video.

Value Added:
Provides visualization or animation, Provides a virtual lab, Provides practice or tutorial, Provides assessment opportunity

Strengths:
By itself it is o'k but if you develop a guide this tool can be powerful.

Weaknesses:
None.
