My experience using this resource:
Chemistry

Topic I was teaching:
Flame test experiment

My learning goal for which this resource was used:
My goal was to give a students a quick visual of what they were about to see in the lab.

Course Level:
Intro or Regular

How I/my students used the resource:
It was an aid to assist in the preparation of the actual lab experience.

Value Added:
Provides visualization or animation, Increases modeling skills, Provides a virtual lab

Strengths:
I liked how students could see how to use the chemicals they were about to actually use.

Weaknesses:
It might take a little long to get a handle of the program. Once you do, it can be a very effective tool. Besides, it's not free.
