I searched the site for photosynthesis and related topics

Value Added:

Provides visualization or animation, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:

great concept, good way to see what other teachers around the country are doing in order to teach the same topic

Weaknesses:

probably not yet large enough in scale to include a comprehensive list of topics or resources.
