My goal was to have the kids engage in their learning by relating it to their everyday lives.

How I/my students used the resource:
I used this as a homework assignment to supplement a lesson on nutrients.

Value Added:
Increases data collection & analysis skills, Provides practice or tutorial, Provides additional content, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
This resource is very easy to use. I was able to assign the work as a homework task and the students were able to use it without any problem.

Weaknesses:
The only downside of this resource is that it does not include a recommendation for daily allowences of vitamins/minerals.
