Environmental impact/ecological footprints

My learning goal for which this resource was used:
for students to understand how choices they make (or will make) will affect the environment

Course Level:
Intro or Regular

How I/my students used the resource:
Students did a side-by-side comparison of different models of cars as a part of a larger project on air pollution

Value Added:
Provides access to data sets, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
good place to go for facts, many students are interested in learning about cars that they have or see on the road

Weaknesses:
not necessarily geared toward students.
