How I/my students used the resource:
To have the students establish agreeement among resources re: specific facts re: global climate change

Value Added:
Provides visualization or animation, Increases modeling skills, Increases access to scientists, Provides additional content, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
+ Climate Change
+ Polar Videos
Captivating, "accessible" information, love the ability for students to "Ask a Scientists"

Weaknesses:
*definitely taps into the commercial popularity of penguins... okay, so this isn't a weakness, but seems to sell out - but if it gets kids captivated, I'm okay with it!

**The Polar Telescope would be appropriate for a HS Astronomy course or physics class... loaded with higher level vocabulary.
