My rating of this resource: ****

My experience using this resource:
Env. Science

Topic I was teaching:
Water Quality

My learning goal for which this resource was used:
To teach the students about misleading information that can be found on the internet.

Course Level:
Intro or Regular

How I/my students used the resource:
I sent the students to the website (on April Fools Day) to explore this 'chemical compound' that they hadn't heard of, but was found all around them. They explored the site and answered questions I had made, before a class discussion on internet resources.

Value Added:
Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
Although made-up, the content is great. Clever.

Weaknesses:
Obviously, discretion must be used.
