Freshwater Ecology

Students were doing projects on watersheds that they picked

My learning goal for which this resource was used:
For students to have access to data and resources on water with in these watersheds

Course Level:
Honors or Advanced, Intro or Regular

How I/my students used the resource:
They used it to find websites that allowed them to collect information on water with in a given watershed

Value Added:
Provides access to data sets, Provides access to remote instrumentation, Increases data collection & analysis skills, Provides additional content, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
Large collection of data across the US

Weaknesses:
None
