genetics

blood lab

My learning goal for which this resource was used:
to understand the genetics behind the different blood types

Course Level:
Honors or Advanced

How I/my students used the resource:
when questions came up about scabs and blood clotting, students were directed to this site to do further research on the topic of blood.

Value Added:
Provides visualization or animation, Provides practice or tutorial, Provides additional content, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
answers questions about clotting and gives other useful information to students about the role blood plays in the body.

Weaknesses:
some of the information given will be too advanced for some students.
