Description
of resource:
This is a WONDERFUL site I discovered as a result of a NSAT "Feebie" posted in the monthly journal of NSTA REPORTS. It has had updates and continues to be a resource I use when exploring the chemistry of nutrition, cellular respiration, and fermentation.
Pizza Explorer "teaches students food science and the chemistry of food components through interactive, hands-on activities." This site is fun, engaging and while designed for middle-high school students, my AP Biology students love this resource.
