Description
of resource:
The ripple tank allows all things done on a ripple tank to be done on the computer and also allow students to take pictures and descrip what they are seeing. This allows the teacher to know that they have observed what was wanted.
Actual ripple tanks are difficult to know if students are making the observation and seeing what you are seeing. Using this program in combination with a real tank you can assign work outside the class to reinforce their understanding and to let the teacher know if they have the concept down.
