My rating of this resource: *****

My experience using this resource:
biology

Topic I was teaching:
human genetics

My learning goal for which this resource was used:
Further explanation of phenotypes and genotypes, dominant, recessive, or codominant traits, and antibody/antigen reactions.

Course Level:
A.P., Honors or Advanced, Intro or Regular, Remedial

How I/my students used the resource:
To illustrate information that had been posted on the board in a matrix-like diagram.

Value Added:
Provides visualization or animation, Provides a virtual lab, Provides practice or tutorial, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
visually attractive to students-some of the characters are weird looking and catch the interest of teenagers.
appropriate subject matter in that it displays the result of a auto accident, which should also make students think a little about the seriousness of their decisions when behind the wheel.

Weaknesses:
Might bother students if they have a real aversion to blood.
