My rating of this resource: ***

My experience using this resource:
Forensic Science

Topic I was teaching:
Fingerprinting

My learning goal for which this resource was used:
To show the differences in fingerprints and the challenges of matching fingerprints

Course Level:
Intro or Regular

How I/my students used the resource:
This resource was used to demonstrate the different patterns of fingerprints. It was also used to teach the students about fingerprints

Value Added:
Provides access to data sets, Provides additional content, Increases student engagement and motivation

Strengths:
I searched online for a great deal of time to find a good site to help teach and visualize fingerprinting. This was a pretty good choice.

Weaknesses:
I would have liked to see more animations/videos of actual fingerprinting and lifting of prints. Also, animations of how prints are matched would have been extremely helpful
